Returns accepted within 14 days of purchase. Products must remain new, unused, and intact for refund. Your refund will be paid once we receive your returned items and they meet the above requirements.

For professionals, they can, not only, speed up your decorating time but relieve any perfectionism anxiety over evenly spaced and aligned swags. For beginners, they can help build confidence in your work as you expand your cake decorating skills.

Orders are processed same day or next day, excluding weekends and major holidays. If you purchase over the weekend, your order will be sent out that Monday (unless it is a federal holiday). Delivery times vary depending on your location, but typically your order will arrive between 4-7 days.

No! Your 3D printed product is NOT dishwasher safe. Our tools are made with PLA (polylactic acid) plastic that will warp under the high temperatures in your dishwasher. They can be easily cleaned with warm, soapy water and towel or air dried.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
