Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We currently ship all orders via USPS Ground Advantage.
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, postal delays, or high-volume periods (such as holidays).

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us to see if special arrangements can be made.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
